On 15 August 2002, the Company changed its accounting reference date from 30
September to 31 December. Therefore, the next set of audited accounts for the
Company will cover the 15 month period ended 31 December 2002 and these will be
due for publication by 30 June 2003.

The Company will make a half yearly report for the period ended 30 September
2002 on 1 November 2002.
