QUV Quester Vct 5

    Quester VCT 5 plc ("the Company")                       

The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made an allotment of
13,842 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 94.39p under the
2005/2006 offer for subscription announced on 23 December 2004.

It is expected that dealings will commence on Wednesday 29 June 2005.

The 2005/2006 offer has now closed.

A total of �1.042 million has been raised by the Company under the 2004/2005
and the 2005/2006 offers for subscription.
