                QUEEN'S WALK INVESTMENT LIMITED (the "COMPANY") 
            Change of name to Real Estate Credit Investments Limited 
 
Further to the announcements regarding its proposed Placing and Open Offer and 
subsequent Bonus Issue of Preference Shares, the Company announces that the 
Guernsey Registry has today confirmed the change of the Company's name to "Real 
Estate Credit Investments Limited".  The Guernsey Registry will advertise the 
fact of the name change for a period of two weeks.  If any objection to the new 
name is received during that two week period, the Guernsey Registry will 
consider changing the Company's name back to Queen's Walk Investment Limited. 
 
With effect from 8.00 a.m. on 20 September, the tickers for the Company's Shares 
will be changed to: 
 
Ordinary Shares - "RECI" 
Preference Shares - "RECP" 
 
The Company intends to change the domain name of its website to reflect the 
change of name in due course and will make a further announcement notifying 
investors of the new domain name once it is available. 
 
Terms set out in this announcement but not defined are as defined in the 
Prospectus dated 17 August 2010.
