The Company announces that on 20 December 2012 it received notification that, on 20 December 2012, Mr C R M Kemball, Chairman of the Company, purchased 80,184 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 569p per share, 26,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 500p per share and 86,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 600p per share.

As a consequence of these three transactions, Mr C R M Kemball is now beneficially interested in 192,434 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
