The Company announces that following receipt of notices to exercise warrants at
an exercise price of 0.6775p per share, the Company has allotted and issued
credited as fully paid 326,117 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
(the "New Shares"). Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 6 October 2005. The new
ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
