Director Shareholding

The Company has been notified of the following share purchases by Directors of
the Company:

On 10 October 2005 Menton Investments Limited purchased 45,000 ordinary shares
of 2p each in the Company at 104.5p. Menton Investments Limited is now
interested in 1,795,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing
approximately 2.6% of the issued share capital of the Company. Menton
Investments Limited is wholly owned by the Tulip Trust, a discretionary trust,
of which Pieter Totte and certain members of his family are discretionary
beneficiaries.

On 10 October 2005 Peter Cecil Salter purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 2p each
in the Company at 104.5p. Peter Cecil Salter is now interested in 5,000 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.008% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
