Director Shareholding


The Company has been notified of the following share purchases by Directors of
the Company:


On 11 October 2005 Menton Investments Limited purchased 10,000 ordinary shares
of 2p each in the Company at 101p. Menton Investments Limited is now interested
in 1,805,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing
approximately 2.6% of the issued share capital of the Company. Menton
Investments Limited is wholly owned by the Tulip Trust, a discretionary trust,
of which Pieter Totte and certain members of his family are discretionary
beneficiaries.


On 11 October 2005 James Campbell Mitchell purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company at 103p. Mr Mitchell is now interested in 135,000
ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.2% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
