    Disposal update

    Further to the announcement on 9 May 2008 regarding the disposal by the Company of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Estech Europe Limited
("Estech"), the board announces that negotiations regarding the disposal are ongoing. The Company expects to have agreed a binding sale and
purchase agreement by 9 June 2008.

    A further update will be made as appropriate.
