   CQS RIG FINANCE FUND LIMITED 
 
   (the "Company") 
 
   (incorporated in Guernsey as a closed-ended investment scheme with 
registration number 45805) 
 
   Final Dividend Proposed 
 
   Further to the Company's policy to pay regular cash distributions in the 
form of semi-annual dividend payments and to target dividends equivalent 
to an annual yield of 5 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV") per 
Ordinary Share at the start of each financial year, the Board has today 
proposed a final dividend of 0.87 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of 
the financial year ended 30 September 2013. 
 
   Together with the Company's interim dividend of 0.87 pence per Ordinary 
Share paid on 7 August 2013 and assuming approval by shareholders, this 
would represent total dividends for the year of 1.74 pence per Ordinary 
Share, equivalent to a yield of approximately 5 per cent. on the opening 
NAV per Ordinary Share of 34.72 pence on 1 October 2012. 
 
   Subject to approval by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 
9 April 2014 to holders of record at 14 March 2014.  The Ordinary Shares 
will go ex-dividend on 12 March 2014.
