   Cancellation of CISE listing 
 
   Further to the announcement released by CQS Rig Finance Fund Limited 
(the "Company") on 30 January 2014 regarding the suspension of the 
Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") from trading on the Channel Islands 
Stock Exchange ("CISE") on 17 January 2014 and intended cancellation of 
the listing on the Official List of the CISE, the Company confirms that 
its Shares were cancelled from the Official List of the CISE at 7.00 
a.m. on Monday, 3 March 2014. 
 
   The admission of the Company's Shares to trading on AIM is unaffected by 
the cancellation of the CISE listing.
