BOARD CHANGE

RiIG, a leading provider of claims management and consultancy solutions to the UK insurance profession, announces that Dominic Boyce will step down on 21 September 2011 from his position as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, returning home to Trinidad with his family to take up a position on the island and to assist in his family's business.

Dominic joined RiIG in January 2005 and was appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary in July of that year. During his period at RiIG, Dominic has worked closely with the Board in the restructuring and redevelopment of the Group.

Stephen Coke, a Partner of the accountancy practice C.B.Heslop & Co, will replace Dominic on the Board as Finance Director and Company Secretary. Stephen will be working with Dominic during September to ensure a smooth handover.

Commenting on the change, Executive Chairman John French, said: "My colleagues and I are sorry to be losing Dominic, having established an excellent relationship over past 6 years. We very much appreciate his valuable contribution to the changing face of RiIG. We understand the opportunity to return home to an exciting prospect and wish him and his family every success in the future.

"I have known Stephen since August 2008, when he joined the Board of PLUS-quoted Sutherland Health Group plc, where I am non-executive Chairman. His career has been very much one of providing a wide range of accountancy, business and taxation strategy and solutions to small and medium sized entities. I am pleased that he accepted his role with RiIG and the support and contribution he will make to the future of RiIG".
