Cancellation of Admission of Shares
Thursday, October 23, 2008 - The Company (TSX:RKN, AIM: RKN) announces today that 25,000 common shares in the capital of the Company
('Common Shares') were cancelled from trading on the AIM market as a result of forfeiture by a former employee pursuant to Redknee's
restricted stock plan.
Following the cancellation of admission of these shares the Company will have a total of 59,210,646 issued and outstanding Common
Shares.
