 Redknee Appoints Interim CFO 
 
 
TORONTO - Redknee (TSX / AIM: RKN), a leading provider of mission-critical 
software and solutions for communications service providers, today 
announces that Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Colley Clarke, will be leaving the 
Company in order to pursue other opportunities.  Mr. Clarke will remain as a 
director of the Company until the Company's Annual General Meeting which is 
scheduled for March 23, 2009 and will not stand for re-election as a director of 
the Company at that time. Mr. Clarke has agreed to remain with the Company until 
April 1, 2009 to assist in the transition of his role. 
 
 
David Charron, Redknee's VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, has been appointed 
to the position of interim CFO. Redknee will be undertaking a search for a 
permanent CFO, and Mr. Charron will be carefully considered as a candidate. 
 
 
Lucas Skoczkowski, CEO of Redknee commented: "David's in-depth understanding of 
the financial workings of our business makes him well-qualified to assume the 
role of interim CFO.  Redknee is very appreciative of Mr. Clarke's significant 
contributions to Redknee over the past five years including guiding the Company 
through its initial public offering on AIM and more recent listing on TSX. We 
wish him well in his future endeavours." 
 
 
Mr. Charron has been with Redknee since July 2007, is a Certified Management 
Accountant and holds Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business 
Administration degrees. Mr. Charron is also a member of Professional Engineers 
Ontario, and his experience prior to joining Redknee includes senior finance 
positions with Nortel Networks Corporation and The Descartes Systems Group.
