Declaration of Annuity Dividend

The Board of the Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 2.125p per
Annuity share for the year ending 31 August 2008. This dividend will be payable
on 8 January 2008 to all annuity shareholders on the Company's register of
members at the close of business on 4 January 2008. The ex-dividend date is 2
January 2008.
