The Company was informed on 27 March 2006 that following a sale of 2,000,000 
ordinary 10p shares by Carlton Telecom on 24 March 2006, Mr Johan Claesson and 
his associated parties now hold 3,930,723 shares in the Company, representing 
approximately 6.56 per cent. of the issued share capital.
