As announced on 31 August 2010, John Kennair MBE, chairman of Romag, as executor 
of the estate of the late Lyn Miles, Romag's former chief executive who died 
recently, acquired a non-beneficial interest in 1,000,000 Romag ordinary shares 
of 25p each ("Romag shares"). 
 
John Kennair MBE has today acquired from the estate 950,000 Romag shares at 50p 
per share, the current market price, and transferred the remaining 50,000 Romag 
shares to a beneficiary of the estate. 
 
John Kennair MBE now has a beneficial interest in 5,926,521 Romag shares, 
representing 11.85% of the issued share capital and a non-beneficial interest in 
114,712 Romag shares, representing 0.23% of the issued share capital.
