Resaca (AIM:RSOX), the oil and natural gas production, exploitation, and development company focused on the Permian Basin in the USA, held its annual meeting of shareholders on 31 March 2011 at which its shareholders approved the proposal to re-elect James Perry ("J.P.") Bryan, Jr. as a director of the Company as set forth in the Notice of 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
