Re: Annual General Meeting Convened for 26 May 2010 
The Board of Rugby REIT announces that, following the Offer from ING UK Real 
Estate Income Trust Limited having been declared unconditional in all respects 
on 14 May 2010, it intends that, with the consent of the meeting, the Annual 
General Meeting of Rugby REIT convened for 26 May 2010 be adjourned indefinitely 
and that the various resolutions on the agenda will not be put to the meeting. 
The Company is advised that IRET Securities Limited has received acceptances in 
respect of approximately 97% of the issued share capital of Rugby REIT.
