The Directors of Syndicate Asset Management Plc (AIM: SAM), the fund management 
group, are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held 
earlier today at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, 
London WC2A 1AP, all Ordinary and Special Resolutions were duly passed by 
Shareholders except for Resolution 8, a Special Resolution, which did not 
receive sufficient votes in favour for it to be passed.
