Registration in Austria & Temporary Suspension

SCOTTY is pleased to announce that the Austrian Court at Eisenstadt has today approved and confirmed the registration of the Company in Austria with effect from 17 April 2012.

As stated in the Appendix to SCOTTY's Schedule 1 Announcement, which was published on 30 March 2012, foreign securities cannot be held and transferred directly through the CREST system until they are in CDI form. CDIs are dematerialised depository interests representing entitlements to ordinary shares. Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM has therefore been temporarily suspended pending the issue of CDIs. The Company will be writing to shareholders shortly on this matter.

The suspension to trading is expected to be lifted on the date of readmission of the Company's shares in CDI form, which is expected to be at 7:30 a.m. on 2 May 2012.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
