Residential Mortgage-Backed Note

Economic Master Issuer plc (the "Issuer") is pleased to inform that it
has issued £500,000,000 Regulation S mortgage-backed floating rate
Series 2024-1 Class A Notes due April 2075 with ISIN: XS2856907063
(the "Notes"), pursuant to
its residential mortgage-backed note programme (the "Programme") established on 31 July
2020, as amended and/or restated from time to time.
The final terms in respect of the Notes are
dated 25 July 2024 (the "Final
Terms"). The Final Terms have been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection (subject to
securities laws) at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Final Terms are to be read in conjunction
with the base prospectus in respect of the Programme.
Application has been made to the FCA for the
Notes to be listed on the Official List and to the London Stock
Exchange plc for the Notes to be admitted to trading on its
regulated market. The Issuer is expecting such listing and
admission to be effective on or about 26 July 2024.
