DIRECTORATE: Changes to the Board of Directors

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Mr J.
Stratton has resigned as non-executive director of the Company with effect from
8 December 2004.The board accepted the appointments of Mr. Graham Peter Wanblad
as executive director and Mr. Jean-Pierre Schumacher as non-executive director
to the board on the same date.
