STATUS OF CONDITIONALITY RELATED TO PROPOSAL FROM VIRGIN AUSTRALIA

Skywest, the Australian and South East Asia regional airline, wishes update the market re the timing of a proposed scheme of arrangement between Skywest and Virgin Australia Holdings Limited.

Further to the announcement dated 30 October 2012 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ("ACCC") has announced that the closing date for submissions on the proposal is 22 November 2012 and that 31 January 2013 is the proposed date for announcement of the ACCC findings.

The Company will update the market on further developments.
