RESULTS OF AGM AND SHARE CAPITAL

Skywest, the Australian and South East Asia regional airline, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

DIVIDEND DETAILS

The relevant dividend resolution was passed. The following details are relevant:

   Payment Date:                                      4 December 2012 
   Net Amount per share:                        SGD 1.29c per share; or

GBP 0.661 pence per share; or

AUD 1.02 cents per share.

The Company further announces that at a board meeting subsequent to the annual general meeting, it resolved to cancel nine hundred thousand (900,000) ordinary shares that it held in treasury. Following the above cancellation, the Company now holds no treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of two hundred and thirteen million, forty thousand (213,040,000) ordinary shares, with one voting right per share.

The above figure of 213,040,000 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company will update the market as to the matters in respect of the proposal from Virgin Australia it announced on 30 October 2012 in the ordinary course of business.
