On 25 October 2007 the Company was informed that a trust in which Christopher
Labrow, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has an interest, purchased
35,000 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence in the Company at 24.5 pence.  Mr Labrow
now has a beneficial interest in 161,104 shares (representing 0.71% of the
Company's issued share capital).
