Conversion of Subscription Shares 
 
SR Europe Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that today it has 
issued 7,249 ordinary shares of 10p each, following the exercise of conversion 
rights by a number of subscription shareholders. 
 
Following this, the total issued ordinary share capital will be 27,795,841 
ordinary shares. 
 
All rights to subscription shares have now lapsed following yesterday's Annual 
General Meeting.
