The Company is pleased to announce that, conditional upon admission, it has
raised #75,000 by a placing ("the Placing") of 187,500 ordinary shares of 0.5p
("the Placing Shares") at 40p per share.  The monies raised by the Placing will
be used as further working capital following the Company's acquisition of Leveys
Limited on 4 October 2004.


The Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on Wednesday 3 November
2004.
