Publication of Listing Particulars and Listing of 'C' Shares

The Board announces that listing particulars have been published today in
respect of the listing of 2,130,451 'C' shares of 10 pence each.  These 'C'
shares were allotted under the Company's offer for subscription pursuant to the
terms set out in the prospectus dated 21 October 2003.  Application has been
made for the admission of the 2,130,451 'C' shares to the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for
listed securities.



Copies of the listing particulars will be available to the public for inspection
at the Document Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority, 25 The
North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
