                   Sitka Health Fund VCT plc (the "Company")



             OFFERS FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF 'C1' SHARES (THE "OFFERS")



The Directors of Sitka Health Fund VCT plc are pleased to announce the
following:



*          Agreement has been reached to extend the 2005/2006 Offer until 12
noon on 28 June 2005 unless it is fully subscribed prior to that date.



*          An allotment on 10 May 2005 of 81,465 'C1' shares of 10p each
pursuant to the Offers.  The Offer Price at which the 'C1' shares were allotted
was #1 per ordinary share. Dealings in the ordinary shares are expected to
commence on 12 May 2005 and definitive documents of title are expected to be
dispatched within 10 business days of allotment.



*          The Board announces that as at 30 April 2005 the net asset value
per ordinary share was 95.5p, the net asset value per 'C' share was 96.5p and
the net asset value per 'C1' share was 94.0p, as extracted from the unaudited
management accounts at that date.
