      Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares to raise up to #12,000,000


Sitka Health Fund VCT plc announces that it has today published a Securities
Note, Registration Document and Summary Note pursuant to an offer for
subscription of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('the Offer'). The Offer opened on 20
November 2006 and will close on or before 12.00 noon on 4 April 2007.

The price at which the Ordinary Shares are to be allotted will be calculated on
the basis of the following formula:

Net Asset Value of an existing Ordinary Share as at the close of business on the
business day immediately preceding the date of allotment divided by 0.95 (to
allow for costs of 5 per cent) calculated, in pence, to two decimal places.

A copy of the Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary Note has been
submitted to the UKLA, and will shortly be available for inspection at the
UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
