Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared its initial interim dividend in respect of the period from admission on 17 December 2012 to 30 September 2013 of 0.8 pence per Share, payable on 29 November 2013 to Shareholders on the register on 1 November 2013. The ex-dividend date will be 30 October 2013.
