The Company announces that at its reconvened AGM on 8 November 2007, the only
resolution (Special Resolution numbered 6 from the original meeting) was passed
unanimously on a show of hands.

The Company wishes to thank its members, and beneficial shareholders, for their
assistance and participation in ensuring the successful conclusion of its 2007
AGM.
