On September 28, 2010, we filed a petition for the commencement of 
reorganization proceedings with the Tokyo District Court.  It was duly accepted 
and, on October 31, 2010, we received the approval of the Tokyo District Court 
to commence the said reorganization proceedings. 
 
Accordingly, the future repayment under the bonds issued by our company will be 
arranged under the reorganization procedures.  However, the following bonds were 
issued under the Book-Entry Transfer System for Corporate Bonds operated by the 
Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc.and, under such system, we cannot obtain 
any information about the existing holders of such bonds. 
 
In the future, we will be required to contact you such as when sending the form 
of a proof of claim.  Therefore, we kindly ask our bondholders to let us know 
the information described below. 
 
 For the avoidance of doubt, your response herein does not constitute the filing 
of a proof of claim under the reorganization proceedings.  Please be kindly 
advised that the purpose of this arrangement is to obtain your contact details 
for purposes of future correspondences from the court and/or our company.
