We hereby inform you that a notice under Article 85, paragraph 4 of the 
Corporate Reorganization Law was issued by the Tokyo District Court pursuant to 
an order for commencement of the reorganization proceedings of our company on 
October 31, 2010.

With regard to the above-mentioned case, the Court issued an order for 
commencement of the corporate reorganization proceedings and appointed Mr. 
Eiichi Obata as a trustee (the "Trustee") on October 31, 2010. 
Pursuant to Article 85, paragraph 4 of the Corporate Reorganization Law, the 
period during which an opinion concerning appointment of the Trustee may be 
submitted is determined to be until December 28, 2010.  Accordingly, if you have 
any opinion, please submit a written opinion by December 28, 2010. 
 
(Note) 
1.   The submission of the above written opinion concerning the appointment of 
the Trustee is not a mandatory procedural requirement.  If you have no opinion, 
then do not respond. 
 
2.   There is no specific form for the written opinion.  Please use any form of 
your preference, but make sure to state your name and address (and name of the 
corporation and the name of representative, in case of corporation). 
 
3.   The written opinion concerning the appointment of the Trustee must be sent 
to the following address.  The written opinion must be received by the Court no 
later than December 28, 2010.
