    Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited announces that as at
the close of business on 9th June 2006 the unaudited net asset values
per share were:

Ordinary Shares 96.320 pence, and

Redeemable Preference Shares 100.00 pence.

The investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued at bid
price and 22,836,717 Ordinary Shares and 33,763,200 Redeemable
Preference Shares used in the above calculations.
