    Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional
provision 6, Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited ("the
Company") notifies the market of the following:

The Company's share capital consists of 22,836,717 ordinary shares
and 9,163,200 redeemable preference shares. Both classes of shares
have voting rights.  The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominators for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
