    Change of Date of AGM


    TGE Marine ("TGE" or the "Company"), a leading provider of engineering services for the design and construction of gas carriers and
offshore units, today announces that its AGM will now be held on 10th  December 2008.

    The AGM will be held at 12pm local time in the Company's offices at Mildred Scheel Strasse 1, 53175, Bonn.

    The AGM had previously been scheduled for 25 November but has been moved to ensure legal technicalities can be completed ahead of the
meeting to allow shareholders to vote on a bonus issue of ordinary shares to all shareholders. The bonus issue of 29 new shares for 1
existing share is aimed at reducing the trading price per TGE share to a level more commonly associated with an AIM company, 

    The Company's management team will be available for meetings in London with any investors or analysts unable to make the rescheduled AGM
in Germany. As such those interested in a meeting are requested to contact TGE Marine's public relations adviser to make the necessary
arrangements.
