Notice of Results and Annual General Meeting

TransGlobe Energy Corporation will release its full year financial and operating results for the period ended December 31, 2019 on March 12, 2020.

Notice of AGM

The 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting will be held on May 13, 2020 at the Centennial Place West Conference Centre, 250 5(th) Street S.W., in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at 9:00 am (MDT) with a Record Date of March 27, 2020.

The Company will publish a management information circular to shareholders containing the notice of the 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting on or around April 1, 2020.
