                           Cancellation of Admisison                           

The Board of Tellings Golden Miller Group plc (the "Company") announces that,
following the announcement by Arriva plc that its offer for the Company has
been declared unconditional in all respects, it has applied to the London Stock
Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to
trading on AIM.

Cancellation is expected to take effect on 12 February 2008.
