("JiangSu AnDi"), the Company can confirm that according to the unaudited management accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2011 JiangSu AnDi generated profits before and after tax of Rmb 3,203,032 on turnover of Rmb 40,824,749 and had net assets of Rmb35,361,948.
