GLOBALCOLLECT(TM) LAUNCHES WEBCOLLECT(TM) AS THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
SOLUTION

TNT Post group (TPG) has launched WebCollect(TM), a unique concept in
e-commerce. WebCollect(TM) is the first on line service to really succeed in
accepting different key payment methods around the world. WebCollect(TM) is a
fast and secure system that allows consumers in over 40 countries around the
world to buy products on the Internet and pay either by credit card or by bank
transfer, cheque or invoice. All financial aspects are dealt with by
GlobalCollect(TM), via its international Banking Network.

WebCollect(TM) has been developed by GlobalCollect(TM), which is part of the TNT
Post Group. WebCollect(TM) was introduced in August 1999 and has proven itself
as a successful payment structure for the Internet. Currently buying
on-line means paying by credit card, simply because there are few alternatives.

However, this system can often form a barrier, as there is a large group of
consumers who either do not have a credit card or prefer not to use one for
Internet transactions. With WebCollect(TM), E-merchants have more variety to
offer their customers in terms of payments. Consumers are able to pay in their
local currency and to use a variety of payment methods, such as bank transfers,
cheques, invoice and credit cards. By doing so, E-merchants will increase
customer satisfaction.

Currently, the unused potential of Internet users not buying on the web is
enormous. Research carried out by Forrester pointed out that 85% of all Internet
users do not buy products with E-shops because they are not able or not willing
to use a credit card. Because WebCollect(TM) offers a variety of payment
methods, it opens web shopping to 85% of consumers who do not use credit cards.

One interface for payments
WebCollect(TM) allows E-merchants to control the flow of funds through a single
interface in over 40 countries, enabling payment by locally accepted payment
methods. It also allows E-merchants to deal with only one single interface for
payments, instead of a complex network of banks and payment companies.

Michael Nederlof, Vice President Marketing and Sales of GlobalCollect(TM) says:
"WebCollect(TM) is cost effective due to the flat fee structure. E-merchants
will have to use 1 to 2 years to set up an international payment structure
themselves. In E-years this is irresponsible and very costly. E-merchants are
therefore best served with a total solution. WebCollect(TM) provides exactly
that. WebCollect(TM) will set up a complete international payment structure for
E-business within 4 weeks. This enables E-merchants to act on a global scale
very quick".
