                               Announcement re Director

The Weather Lottery announces that Neil McGowan has been admitted to hospital and is therefore unable to carry out his
duties as finance director.

Whilst Neil is unable to perform his duties the role will be undertaken by the Company's financial controller and
overseen by the Managing Director, Keith Milhench. 

The Board will monitor the situation and will take further action if required.
