                Director/PDMR Shareholding and Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 6 March 2008 that Michael Mills, non-executive
director of the Company, disposed of 5,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on
6 March 2008 at a price of 0.3455 pence per share. As a result of this disposal,
Mr Mills is now interested in 37,500 ordinary shares in the Company. This
holding represents 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also notified on 6 March 2008 that, following the purchase of
5,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 March 2008, Mr Renwick Robert
Haddow is now interested in 5,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This
holding represents 6.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
