                                Notice of EGM

The Company has called an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to be held at 24
St  Michaels  Road,  Headingley, Leeds LS6 3AW On Wednesday 25th  June  2008  at
1.00pm.  This EGM has been called as the net assets of the Company are presently
less  than  half of its called up share capital, and under Section 142 Companies
Act 1985 the Directors are obliged convene an EGM of the Company for the purpose
of  considering whether any, and if so what, steps should be taken to deal  with
this situation.
