                  Holdings in Company & Nomad's Change of Name

The  Company has today been informed that Mr. Jeffrey Selwyn Williams, the  sole 
beneficiary  of the J. Williams personal pension fund, the owner  of  15,000,000 
ordinary  shares in the Company, 15.11% of the Company's issued  ordinary  share 
capital,  has  transferred the holding to a new trustee,  A  J  Bell  Management 
Limited. 
 
Following this transfer, Mr. John Michael Botros is the legal and beneficial 
owner of 13,402,127 ordinary shares, 13.50% of the Company's issued ordinary 
share capital. 
 
The  Company  also  announces  that Blomfield  Corporate  Finance  Limited,  the 
Company's  Nominated  Adviser has changed its name to Religare  Capital  Markets 
(UK) Limited - trading as Religare Capital Markets.
