                                Issue of Equity


Teleset Networks Public Company Limited ("the Company") announces that, 600,041
ordinary shares of CYP0.01 have been issued and allotted at a price of 24.5
pence per share to satisfy market demand.

Application has been made for the depository instruments representing the new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of
the depository instruments on AIM is expected to commence on 27 July 2007.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this issue is
134,075,123.
