Conversion Between Classes, Cancellation of Shares & Admission of New Shares 
 
Conversion requests 
 
The table below summarises the aggregate number of shares of each class in 
relation to which the Company has received requests to convert such shares into 
shares of another class with effect from 30 April 2010 (the "Conversion 
Calculation Date"). 
 
From Euro Shares to Sterling Shares:     11,644 
 
Conversion ratios 
 
The net asset values per share of each class as at the Conversion Calculation 
Date were as follows: 
 
EUR10.32 in the case of Euro Shares 
 
 GBP10.46 in the case of Sterling Shares 
 
$10.18 in the case of US$ Shares 
 
The spot currency conversion rates as at the Conversion Calculation Date were as 
follows: 
 
EUR1: US$ 1.3296, EUR1: GBP 0.8687,  GBP1: US$1.5306,  GBP1: EUR1.1511, US$1: EUR0.7521, 
US$1: GBP0.6533 
 
On the basis of the above, the conversion ratios were as follows: 
 
0.7419    Euro Shares for every one US$ Share 
 
1.1668    Euro Shares for every one Sterling Share 
 
0.8570    Sterling Shares for every one Euro Share 
 
0.6359    Sterling Share for every one US$ Share 
 
1.3479    US$ Shares for every one Euro Share 
 
1.5727    US$ Shares for every one Sterling Share 
 
Voting rights 
 
With effect from 17 May 2010, the number of votes in the Company will be as 
follows: 
 
Euro Shares:    6,009,581 
 
Sterling Shares:    8,311,390 
 
US$ Shares:    1,062,664 
 
Results of conversion 
 
With effect from 17 May 2010, the issued share capital of the Company will be as 
follows: 
 
Euro Shares:    6,009,581 
 
Sterling Shares:    7,123,235 
 
US$ Shares:    1,432,355 
 
Admission of new shares 
 
Application has been made for 9,978 Sterling Shares to be listed on London Stock 
Exchange. It is expected that such listing will become effective and that 
dealings in such shares will commence on 17 May 2010.
