The Company has today released a Circular giving notice that its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Anson Place, Mill Court, La Charroterie, St
Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EJ at 1.00p.m. (Guernsey time) on Thursday, 15 July
2010.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
