AGM statement

TripleArc Plc ('TripleArc' or the 'Group') the provider of technology enhanced 
print management and communication solutions, is holding its Annual General 
Meeting ("AGM") at 4.00 pm today, 24 May 2007.

At the AGM, Richard Atkins, chairman of TripleArc, will make the following 
comment:

"The Board is satisfied with the progress that the Group has made in the year to
date, which is in line with its expectations.

"The Group has continued to generate good levels of operating cash flow and has
made #0.6m in debt repayments to its senior lender since the start of the year
with net debt down to #14.1m at 31 March 2007 versus #14.9m at 31 December
2006."
