Directorate Change

The Company announces that, with effect from 3 August 2007, Daniel Emerson has
been appointed as an executive Director of the TripleArc Board. Daniel will be
responsible for Group Operations.

Daniel Emerson brings to the TripleArc board fourteen years of experience of the
print industry. He began his career in the digital print sector as analogue
technology evolved into the digital sphere. Following the successful acquisition
of a division of the Xerox Group, Daniel ran a print group on the European
continent servicing France and the Benelux.  Returning to the UK in 1999, he
founded a print technology company and this technology is still used today as
part of AccessPlus's technology offering.

Commenting on the directorate change Richard Atkins, chairman of TripleArc,
said:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to welcome Daniel Emerson. Daniel's
knowledge and experience will help us to deliver on the operational execution of
the Group's strategy and to develop the further success of the Company. I
believe he will prove a valuable member of the team and look forward to working
with him."

The Company will provide an update on trading when it announces its results for
the six months to 30 June 2007 in September 2007.

Additional disclosures:

Daniel Paul Ambrose Emerson (36) is currently a director of AccessPlus Marketing
Services Ltd and Javoy Ltd.

In France in 1999 Mr. Emerson acquired a group of businesses in receivership
with a view to remedying their situation. As part of these activities two
subsidiaries were put into liquidation. The settlement amounts involved were
approximately #25,000.

Mr Emerson has confirmed that no further disclosures are required in relation to
his appointment under schedule two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
